Sometimes records have been lost and/or destroyed in which case are unretrievable. Fee is for time spent researching, whether or not desired results are obtained.
Fees are non-refundable.
Researcher uses Ancestry and other similar archives to begin research as well any external sources that are required for further information.
If you purchase my service and the address is less than 60 years old, it is not guaranteed that I will find any census records with that address listed.
If your property is more than 70 years old, it is still not guaranteed I will find any records. Refunds will not be issued in any case unless I deem it so.
